주재료 : 쌀, 소고기, 도라지, 고사리, 버섯, 콩나물, 호박, 청포묵 등

특징 : 밥 위에 각종 채소와 버섯을 볶아 만든 나물과 고기를 얹어 담고 고추장과 참기름을 곁들인 음식

→ 제사 지낸 후 제사 지낸 밥과 나물들을 한그릇에 담아 나눠먹었던데서 유래 되었다고 한다.
